Q: How is your property different from the competitors?

Q: What is your pet policy?
A: Woodmont Mews at Bethlehem welcomes cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment). Although we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions.
* Resident is restricted from maintaining the following dog breeds on the premises: Akita, Tosa Inus, German Shepard, Malamute, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Argentine Dogo, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Shar Pei, Wolf American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull , Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, Siberian Husky, or any mix of the above breeds or half breeds. For more information please contact the Leasing Office as breed restrictions may be subject to change.

Q: Do you allow exotic pets?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow exotic pets.

Q: Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
A: There is a one-time pet fee of $285.00 per pet, and a $40.00 per pet, monthly charge.

Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: Varies – Equal to 1 or 1 ½ month rent.

Q: Is my security deposit refundable?
A: Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account.

Q: What is your application fee?
A: Application fees are $50.00 per person for each applicant 18 years or older residing in the apartment home and, $50.00 for a corporate application.

Q: What if I must break my lease?
A: If it becomes necessary to terminate your lease early, you are able to do so if the following conditions are met.
     • 60 days written notice is provided to the onsite office
     • A liquidated damage fee is paid that is equal to 2 months rent
     • Return any concessions provided during the lease term
     • Account is fully satisfied

Q: May I reserve an apartment?
A: Absolutely – The reservation fee is $250.00, and it applies towards first month of rent.

Q: Do you accept any short terms leases?
A: We currently offer 6 or 12 month lease terms for residential apartment homes and a minimum of 3 month lease term for a full corporate apartment. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: You may request service by contacting the leasing office or logging onto the resident portal to initiate a service request. To provide the best service, if your request is an emergency maintenance issue, it is best to contact the leasing office directly or the emergency after hours emergency contact line. Emails are not able to be received outside of office hours and on certain holidays.

Q: When is my rent payment due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: Absolutely – For your convenience we accept electronic and credit card payments through our resident portal,
24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: After hours, you may utilize the rent drop box located in the clubhouse, just outside the leasing office or, you may use our convenient pay online option through our resident portal.

Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease? Also, my children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Guests are permitted to stay up to 14 days. Any period over 14 days, the guest is considered an occupant and must be added to the lease agreement. Any occupants 18 years or older will need to apply and, be accepted prior to being added to the lease agreement.

Q: Do you have parking within the community?
A: Yes, we offer ample parking throughout the community as well as assigned garage parking.

Q: I have a motorcycle. Where can I park it?
A: You are able to park your motorcycle in any available outdoor parking space, or assigned garage space. If you are storing your motorcycle for the winter, we ask that you park it in a space away from the building entrances.

Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Absolutely - We offer package concierge service during our typical business hours of the leasing office.

Q: What are the hours for the clubhouse, business center, and fitness center?
A: The Fitness Center, Gaming Area, Business Center and Clubhouse are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Is grilling allowed in the community?
A: We offer community grilling facilities for our residents. Due to safety reasons, grilling is not permitted on apartment balconies, patios or other common areas not designated by the community for grilling.
